Pristine Air Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian owned company. We are the Sole Distributor of AIROCIDE® Photocatalytic Air Purification Units in Australia and New Zealand.

Pristine Air Solutions offer a unique bioconversion technology that removes all organic compounds, at a molecular level, from the air, the result of which is pure, clean air without producing any harmful byproducts.

The NASA Story

In order to send man into space, NASA first had to resolve a major dilemma– sustainable food supply. It was here that NASA had to address their main problem– the production of ethylene gas. Ethylene gas is a naturally occurring hormone which is released by fruits and vegetables as they ripen. In a sealed environment such as a space station, the build-up of this gas can prove toxic. Their main challenge was how to eliminate this gas, and their solution was revolutionary.

The solution came in the development of the unique Airocide® Bioconversion Technology for NASA, which removed ethylene from the air as well as mould, bacteria, viruses and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).
